I’ve been having some winter fun sewing up a storm. Keeping toasty in my little studio area while the snow falls outside. I do love winter – especially when the sun comes out from time to time.
Here are some little fabric heart pockets I created using vintage reproduction fabric (lilacs – thank you Julie L.) and a more retro feeling print that I found at the fabric store. I tucked little bits of flowers, lace doilies, and CDV or fabric photos inside.
All ready to be hung and loved.

I love these,such a cute idea.
No snow here in fact it’s melting again.

How lovely beautiful, and sweet they are both, dear Nancy.
The perfect place to hide a little love-note or dear photo.
Both fabrics are wonderful.

Even retro fabric takes on the appearance of something far older once in your hands.
All so positively dreamy.
