Sugar Lump Studios

Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{A Very Vintage Christmas}

November 7, 2013

veryvintagechristmas

I am excited to announcement “A Very Vintage Christmas”…and hope you will join me here on my blog December 1st – December 7th.

Each day I will offer a new post highlighting a project with a Christmas theme. Most of the projects will be super simple and others a bit more complex, but my hope is a good time will be had by all that visit and we can get into the holiday spirit!

I want to thank Helene @ 2amscrapper.blogspot.com for giving me the little “nudge” to hopefully get my mojo back!

Here is a little graphic if you wish to share it on your blogs:

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

    Dear Nancy
    It is hard to imagine that Ms Mojo ups and leaves you because you always create with such beauty, always a visual feast for the eyes when you share your art with us.
    Thank goodness Helene was there to give you a nudge :)
    If I can then I most certainly will be here to see what delights you will be sharing with us.
    Of course I will pop the graphic on my sidebar.

    P.S. a dreich (!) day here but then again it is now well into November which I still cannot believe. I have bought some Christmas cards this year as I cannot possibly make them all, disappointing as this is the first since I started to make my cards but hey ho, as they say, don’t sweat the small stuff, something I believe not only myself but most of us need to remind ourselves!
    Take good care.
