Happy April! I’m looking forward to more sunshine and waiting for my spring bulbs to pop up. I can’t wait to see them since they were planted last fall. Always fun awaiting surprise flowers.

Here are just a few altered canvases to share with you. Each one has been assembled different. Mixtures of fabrics, papers, paints, and vintage findings.

I hope you enjoyed the sunshine on this lovely Monday!

Pure gorgeousness Nancy!!! I especially love the first one-I rarely see such a beautiful image of a child(and she looks like she’s smiling a bit)with blonde hair. Really adorable!

    Hi Nancy,
Love those collages. What a simple but beautiful way to showcase wonderful pictures. I love that lace on the top of the first one. Right now I am loving blues, especially teal and aqua so that one is perfect to me. Thanks for some Thursday morning inspiration.

Finding a charming way to use old photos always delights me! And yours are just that … delightful! Adding enough details that enhances, and not detracts from, the image is always the key to a wonderful assemblage. Vintage laces, buttons and trims with just the right touch… as I said, delightful!
