Sugar Lump Studios

Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{Clowns}

June 8, 2008

This weeks theme at Gothic Arches is “Clowns”…images I do not often use in collage. I found two vintage images and created two different arches for the challenge. Stamps are from Sugar Lump Studios, distress inks, bubble wrap, K & Company papers, monogram stickers and computer fonts. It’s been so long since I created an arch that I felt lost. Only 3 more days of school and then summer calls! I am looking forward to finding some creative time! :)

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.
