{Dreaming of a White Christmas}

December 20, 2010

As seen on the Paper Whimsy Inspiration blog…all instructions and details are available here:
http://www.paperwhimsy.com/inspiration/

Another week has flown by…and here we are in the final preparations for Christmas. I am STILL shopping for gifts…never ever have I been so late (we didn’t start until this past Saturday)…going out at night to shop seems to help with the crowds however! :)

We received our first HEAVY snowfall here in Michigan last week…it will be a White Christmas which is the best! :) I hope you are enjoying the last minute hustle and bustle and find some quiet time to yourself! :) Fa la la la la!

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

    We,too, have snow…and that is pretty rare in the southern UK at this time of year.

    Love your tags, such beautiful images.

    We too have snow but it has brought the UK to a standstill! However, if I had a view like yours I wouldn't want to leave the house anyway.

    Oh Nancy, your tags are really quite magical. You are so talented!
    Yes, this year I`m late too to buy gifts. But I do not stress.
    The view from your window is beautiful, although I almost can not see any more snow :-) There is so much snow this year in Germany.

    Your tags and cards are just lovely! I really love the colours in these ones! Oh – and I'm still drooling over your view! We've had an unseasonal cold snap here in Aus – maybe I'll get lucky and Santa will bring snow! LOL!!!

    These are lovely Nancy! There is just something about snow for Christmas – looks as if we will have rain here on the west coast.

    Hi Nancy. You bring a certain magic to Christmas. Those pretty tags and your Christmas/Winter art bring a gentleness to what is otherwise a hectic time of the year.
    What a special view you have. I must say, as it is so cold in Scotland today, the view is beautiful, with trees shimmering with thick frost and ice and at the moment, the sky is a beautiful shade of pink.
    Have a wonderful time with your family. Wishes. Lynne
