This journal I call “The Edwardian Ladies” because I tried to find old photos from that era. I have always loved that period of fashion and tried to use white fabrics, lace, silks, and accents. I had to paint the chipboard album white, and that took several coats of paint. The fabric panels were sewn and glued to the chipboard backs. I also added old sheet music, and ephemera. Lots of old antique lace was added throughout the album and also tied in the book rings. Prima roses highlight the front cover.

Dear Nancy, I loved seeing your album, already on fb- so lovely to dwell here again. Your sewn panels, are so beautiful, and serene, the old photos of ladies, and children from that periode, just fabulous. And all the romance from white on white, the flowers and details added, I love it !!
Hugs from Dorthe
