Sugar Lump Studios

Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{First Photo From Iraq}

December 20, 2007

I found this on Andrew’s myspace this morning – his first photo in Iraq. He posted that he was smelly since he had not been able to shower in 5-6 days. :( I was thrilled to see him and his surroundings. A happy day to see my “smelly” boy!

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

    Makes a mother glad, I'm sure. What a treasure for Christmas.
    Thank you both, again, for your sacrifice this year.
