Sugar Lump Studios

Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{Harmony & Shabby Roses}

April 17, 2012

It seems lately that I have been working with fabric. This book was constructed on a heavier canvas fabric, and fabric photo transfers sewn into place. I still LOVE that Singer Heavy Duty machine that I purchased in March too!

And I also wanted to share this little bugger…my “Grand Puppy” Kane…he puts new meaning in the word “SASSY”!

Have a Happy Tuesday!

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

    This is a very sweet fabric book Nancy – lovely images to suit every page of lace, buttons and doilies.
    I can tell you are enjoying that new sewing machine too.
    I am sure Kane is getting a fair share of your time too at present – he is just so cute!
