I received my first card “prototypes” from the printer yesterday and was very pleased with what came. I decided that since it takes me quite some time to make a card now, I would try making prints of my original art work and see how they do in my Etsy shop and locally. This is one of my first designs.  Back in the spring, I had made some cards for my sister who is a Director with a home party company and those were well received, and I am currently trying to make more for her and the recruits as well.

I am hoping to introduce a few Christmas designs with the upcoming season, and of course some Birthday and general cards as well. I know it is early to be sharing these items on my blog, but all art and everyday life takes a little longer today!

Happy Wednesday!

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

Your cards are beautiful dear Nancy and such a wonderful idea, you’re so right! I’m sorry to hear you’re still suffering so much from the after effects of your stroke. Take care, hugs xx

your cards are always so finely detailed and gorgeous Nancy-they look equally fab as prints! I’ve only tried that a few times. Who do you use to make prints-someone local?
