{Lovely Vintage Altered Canvas}

I completed a couple altered canvas pieces over the past few days and wanted to share this one with you. I haven’t worked with this size in awhile (6 x 6) and forgot how much fun they are to work with.

The canvas sides were covered with lace, and I painted everything in a neutral shade. I added a Paper Whimsy wood alterable to the center and the image is from Red Lead. A small vile was filled with rusty pins and mother of pearl buttons attached along the edges.

And here are a few new cabinet photos I received at Mother’s Day. My daughter, Alli picked them out and I think she found some really sweet photos.
