It’s already May? I have not been creating a thing the past few weeks and wanted to catch up on my blog. So yet again, I have random posts to share today.
My daughter Alli took me to a local park that she loves so much. Delhi is on the outskirts of Ann Arbor, Michigan and has the Huron River rolling through it. The river was beautiful this spring day, and I had to hobble down a steep embankment to get there (some assistance from daughter), but it was well worth it. Our little Mom and Daughter selfie show here.
This is my skirt that I finished last month. I still need to tweak it a bit, because I am swimming in it…but I got it done and that is an accomplishment to me! :-)
With Mother’s Day approaching this weekend, I hope you all have a wonderful celebration.
You and your daughter are beautiful and she is special to spend time with you and allow you to dwell in the beauty of Mother Nature. Your skirt is very pretty…job well done. May Blessings…
Dear Nanyc,
It must be wonderful for you, with your daughter now living in your house, so near, -which makes it much more easy to take on wonderful tours like this , you tell us about. Lucky you !!
The skirt looks so lovely, and sommerly, I love you made the big ruffle, it will be beautiful for your coming sommerdays.
You to ,dear friend have a happy Mothers Day, -as my daughter lives 5 hours expensive travel away from here, we will not be together ,but I believe my husbond will celebrate me a bit, lol.

beautiful scenery, and how nice to have your daughter with you to enjoy! Great job on the skirt too!
It looks like you had a lovely excursion with your daughter, Nancy. The skirt is very pretty. I love the colors.
