Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{Miss Christmas Holly Victorian Stocking}

November 1, 2011

Happy November! Can’t believe it is already that time of year!
I wanted to share a project stocking from my current class. This stocking was made using a beautiful Paper Whimsy face Digi Sheet 285. Isn’t she gorgeous? There are other versions of her face available on the sheet which has led me to thinking about Christmas cards using her. The stocking has a variety of laces and oodles of hand sewn seed pearl beads. I wanted her to look extra embellished.

I am getting my “Christmas” on and looking forward to creating many more projects in the next few weeks. I adore this time of year!

    Hi Nancy,

    Beautiful as always. ♥ This year has flown by and now it seems we are having a very short Fall and going right into Winter. The wood stove has a big fire right now.

    Have a wonderful day,
    Steph ♥
