I haven’t worked on my little Moleskine journal in over a year, so over the weekend I pulled it out and created a few more pages.
The journal started out with these 4 pages Morning Mist Journal and now there is a set of 4 more.

I had forgotten how fun it is to mix paint, stamping and collage work together. A tedious process, but so worth the effort. My stamps are all from Tim Holtz, various paints and stencils, ephemera, and the images are from Red Lead Paperworks.

Now that I have the journal bug again, I plan to continue adding to this little journal during the summer.

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

Beauty before me, page after page but it is the merry, merry, merry page that has me smiling, how adorable that little child is!
No sign of summer today – wet and so cold that the central heating is one. I am sure Mother Nature is troubled at the moment as weather all over the world is acting rather strangely.

Thank you for your sweet visit Nancy, I loved reading about your July. That really sounds like a wonderful and relaxed summertime. Did you learn some Dutch at the Dutch church too?
    Hugs and wonderful week, Wendy
