Sugar Lump Studios

Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{Music ATC’s}

August 20, 2007

This week’s challenge at TMTA is “music”…

It is pouring down rain here this morning – while the rest of the house was asleep I was able to create two atc’s. Penny Lane (love that Beatle’s tune) features a vintage image freebie from Jamie at Tales from the Terra-Cottage…just adore this little girl!

I had to make an “Old Time Rock & Roll” atc also. Bob Seger is from my hometown (Ann Arbor, Michigan)…plus I loved the little pouty image.

I do not have a music note stamp so I had to improvise…I used an record album stamp
and Michele’s Large Swirl from justjohanna.
PSX Designs musical note paper, prima flowers, K & Co. Papers, vintage images, dragonfly punch, Versafine ink, Brillance ink, and Tim Holtz distress ink.

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

    Thanks for listing your "ingredients". I'm so confused by all these different inks – does it really matter what one uses? (No sophisticated products out here I'm afraid)
