What a very intersting book. I have never seen anything like this. A great way to look back at fabrics. It looks lovely. I don’t sew, but on cold days like this I so enjoy playing with my Valentines and dreaming of the garden flowers that are soon to come! We sure need days like this!

I’m now following you on Networked Blogs and you’re my first post.
    Love.
I have such a hard time making myself find others blogs, read them and comment.
    This will make it easier:)

What I want to say is that it is always so evident to me how much time you put into your pieces of art. You have such a wonderful gift.
My gift? Getting from one end of my Crack House (studio) to the other without breaking my neck.

Question: Under your “Follow Me” at the top of your blog, how did you get those itty bitty whatevers for like fb, pinterest, RSS, Twitter??

Have a most fabulous day, Jan

Hello Dear Nancy this is just a Parisian dream book.
I love all of that eyelet lace and you have chosen some special images for this project too putting it all together so superbly.
It is adorable and it has your special touch as usual!

I am so thrilled that you loved your hearts Nancy and the fact that you can add them to your collection makes it special for me too.
I think we must be in a bit of respite and recovery mode here at present after the fire trauma
but I will certainly be rallying for your 14 Hearts projects which you have so very generously offered to us all.

Thanks for everything and for your friendship too – that’s special!
    Hugs to you,
    Suzy

    Nancy.
I adore your sweet book. I’d like to participate in the party. Do you make your own creations and just share? I put the button on my blog. I get so many wonderful ideas every time I visit. The shadow box project you did a couple posts back is something I’ve wanted to do for awhile. I picked up some really cool boxes at a flee market. I think they held drafting tools or instruments, they are thin & velvet lined. I thought they would hold a nice assemblage. Hope you have a great day!

Oh Nancy – this is just gorgeou! I love how your images come out so clearly on the fabric. Do you print direct onto the fabric or use some transfer technique? Looking forward to your tutorials in February – wouldn’t miss them.

    hi nancy,
the drawers are the center section of a big cutting table i purchased at jo-anns several years ago. the other side has a door and a couple of shelves. i traded my cutting table with my mom and i think i got the better end of the deal. lots of storage and big cutting space.

how amazing that you have the same laces that I have been collecting and saving to try my first fabric book. (I am on the other side of the world).
Hopefully my attempt will look as good as your beautiful book – I will be one happy little duck if it does as yet I haven’t tried printing or transferring to fabric.
