This is another altered cigar box – although I removed the lid from it.
The box was sealed with modge-podge, then I applied pattern paper.
I tucked 2 aged shipping tags behind the old school photo.
Little paper mache books were painted – and labels were added along the spines.
Buttons were glued along the inside (sides) and bottom of the box.
I also glued “ABC” ribbon along the bottom. After the photo was applied I used a small ruler at the bottom and attached with glue. I drilled holes in the top and ran buttons & beads on heavy wire.
And it is wonderful.
WOW, just gorgeous! Wonderful work!!
ohhhhh, more cigar boxes !! love those. this one is amazing.
