The first theme at Gothic Arch Challenge is to create something with school in mind.
I found this photo
from one of my Flickr contacts Playing with Brushes and knew I had to make her into a gothic arch. Her face is so crabby! :) She looked like a Teacher’s pet to me – so I added some computer fonts for a title.
I used a script stamp, postage stamp, butterfly stamp and small alpha letters on the tags in her hands. An apple punch and perfect pearls were also added. Various pattern papers.
I hope you will take the challenge this week at Gothic Arches and I want to thank so many ladies for love and support in this project. I could not have started it without you!

Lovely work, Nancy. School is a fun theme to start off with. I'll be working on my sample and getting it to you ASAP.
Nancy, does playingwithbrushes let you use all of her pictures or just some? Do you have her email address? Thanks,

I love anything with a school theme. This is just adorable! What did you use to make all of the silver dots around the arch? It's so eye-catching.
Okay I think I made a mistake Nancy. I thought we were supposed to link our arches on your thread. Sorry-sorry-sorry!
I love her crabby look! I guess it is because the summer is going to end…
