I finally finished this little shabby wooden chest up and was able to photograph it. It had such great bones and is one solid piece of wooden furniture. I distressed it and gave it a warm shabby white color called “Swiss Coffee” by Behr paint. I am pleased with the results.

I hope you have a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend! <3

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

My goodness this is gorgeous Nancy! Love it. That Behring color was a perfect choice. Was wondering the height of it; and if you had plans for it? Doesn’t it feel great to get that accomplish ed!? Have a super weekend. Hugs to you, Karen
