{Simply Neutrals Tuesday #39 – Little Altered Dress}

March 27, 2018

I am joining Wen for Simply Neutrals Tuesday. Please visit her blog and see Wen’s and see many other artists beautiful posts as well: appleapricot.blogspot.com

This little white dress was a recent project of mine over the course of several weeks. I like to take busy work with me to the doctor’s office, and this was a perfect one to create and stitch while waiting.

I love the little girl’s face, so sweet and lovely.

Little bits of antique and vintage laces, beads, sari silk, fabrics and mother of pearl buttons…

The little piece all finished, and hanging from the hanger.

Have a wonderful week and Happy Easter to all of you!

    Nancy, how sweet is this? A fine old baby dress turned into something truly special. The vintage wooden hanger suits it well, too. What an uplifting project for the wait at the Doctor’s surgery. You are so talented!
    Sending hugs,
