I am joining Wen from Apple Apricot for another Simply Neutrals Tuesday.

Today, I am sharing past pieces that are dear to my heart. This little dress was one of my first altered pieces and now resides with a special art friend that purchased it on my Etsy a few years back. Ironically, she has two granddaughters now and they resemble the little girls in the photo very much.

This little altered canvas I made a few years back as well, but I just love the little Paper Whimsy girl image and all the vintage ruffles/lace on this piece.

What a sweet collage, Nancy….love that the base of the collage is an antique baby dress…wonderful that a friend owns this piece and now has grand-daughters of her own. (Hope they play dress up with her! :) ) Beautifully done..as always, I’m in awe of your work.

Beautiful pieces Nancy! So dreamy and pretty. I just dabble a little bit with fabric. My sewing machine and I have a love/hate relationship.

Your little altered dress is exquisite and the collages piece you made and added makes it very special!
