Sugar Lump Studios

Art by Nancy Maxwell James

{Vernal Equinox…."Spring Arch"}

March 22, 2009

This weeks theme at Gothic Arches is
“Vernal Equinox…Spring”. I am so happy to *hopefully* say good-bye to winter (we can still get snow here in Michigan) and say hello to sunshine and blue skies! :)

I used an image from Digital Collage Sheets and stamps are from Sugar Lump Studios and Anna Griffin. Happy Spring!

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.

    You've captured spring and put it to paper – and that's sometimes all that we northerners can do this time of year as we think spring, hope for warmer temps, but often endure more snow. :) Gorgeous arch, Nancy – I love how you worked eggs into the border. Happy spring!
