The dreaded heat has finally broke here and today I enjoying every minute of 70 degree temperatures. My kind of weather! My soul sure feels happy when I can function. I really don’t remember much about last week and certainly did not have a brain to create something. Even with central air, dealing with extreme heat is not something my body tolerates well.

I made these fabric pouches a few weeks ago and thought I would share them with you today. The first pouch is more of a small bag. Muslin that has oodles of vintage laces and embellishments. I am very pleased with it.

The second two pouches have been created on organic batting. Collage images have been added and vintage lace touches.

I *hope* that we continue to have a cooler temps here because it definitely helps my creative mojo. Happy Wednesday!

Adorable pouches, Nancy! Love your way with vintage lace and photos! Gorgeous! Oh that 70 degree day sounds like such a delight! I have been finding it next to impossible to function with the heat, which we tend to be hot, but not normally as humid! Lucky us we have had both! Today at least it won’t be 100 +. Enjoy your day! Hugs!

Nancy, I know just how you feel. Very little has been created in my craft room recently but it has cooled down a little now so maybe later… :o)

I am drooling at the sight of all that lace, so pretty.

oh Nancy your vintage pouches are gorgeous!!! They’d be lovely for a bride and bridesmaids to carry down the aisle (provided this is their style :) Love them! It’s cooled off here too-but I was actually cold today and wore jeans and a long sleeve shirt-first time in months!

    Nancy,
These are beautiful! I just scored some linen transfer sheets from Indygojunction and I’ve been waiting to use them on something special. I think a bag like this would be perfect. Lisa
