Technique:
(1) Paint along the edges of chipboard tag using cream craft paint. Set aside and allow time to dry.
(2) Trace shape on pattern paper and remove extra smidgeons of paper following the shape contour. Distress edges of paper with ink and set aside to dry.
(3) Apply matte gel medium to tag and center pattern paper on front. Smooth out wrinkles or air bubbles and add more gel medium.
(4) Once pattern paper has dried on tag, add more matte gel and place torn book text to front. Allow time to dry.
(5) Add more matte gel medium and apply Paper Whimsy image to front and “Adore” word art. Add a coat of matte gel to cover.
(6) Glue silver photo corner, buttons, and Bingo number.
(7) Glue burlap Prima flowers to front of tag.
(8) Tie seam binding through chipboard tag hole and tie in a bow. Add Tim Holtz pin.
