{Roses and Vintage Lace Fabric Book}

Hello! I wanted to share this fabric book that I finally completed today. The images are all old vintage postcards that were found on the Graphics Fairy’s web site and I printed them on to fabric transfer sheets. I added vintage lace, mother of pearl buttons, antique doilies, and the cover features a charm that I made last year while taking the class “Soulful Adornments” with the lovely Terri Heinz. A small piece of rosary chain was added to the bottom of the charm to give it a little character.

Spring is still trying to arrive here — the temperatures keep fluctuating but the sunshine continues to glow so I do believe it is safe to say it has arrived! :) Happy Wednesday!

About Sugar Lump Studios

I am a dabbler. I love to create using all sorts of mediums...pattern papers, stamping, fabric, assemblage, collage, altered art, a never ending smattering of whatever strikes my fancy in whimsical moments. I find creating allows my soul to be fulfilled and love to spend hours in the studio.
